Challenge: Feed the B2B2C SaaS MetaSearch engine for SME/Clients + Chatbot with relevant data that we could translate into opportunities for our clients. Action: with a remote team we raised more than 60K company records in Colombia/Costa Rica to process and standardize them with the aim of deepening and discovering the business model and its monetization. Result: the data has allowed us to launch experiments in multiple cities in which we discovered new business opportunities through the direct interaction of users and their problems. https://chatbai.com
RightChain
Challenge: According to Asomóvil in Colombia (2021), more than 1.2M cell phones were stolen per year, around 3,300 per day. Action: Proposed blockchain as an alternative to attacking the criminal economy, seeking to discourage demand for stolen equipment, providing a single reliable information base, including the life cycle of mobile phones. Result: micro-property management app through mobile-to-person association via a token, with an open and transparent DB. Prototype
Masglo
Challenge: help the economy of Masglo women associates through a platform of services provided by them. Action: We proposed a multilateral platform in which we digitized the nail makeup service to create a network of services seeking to improve the income of the associates. Result: an uber-like app where we approach service providers with geolocated demand due to geographic proximity and profit.
Geofamily
Challenge: create a safe environment for family members, allowing them to be aware of the location and route of each member. Action: Development of a prototype Android application for shared geolocation tracking + notifications via SMS to accompany loved ones. Result: The application prototype was tested in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Salvador, Colombia, and Panama, unfortunately, it did not generate traction.
